Enter the start and end dates you'd like to meet between.
Choose if you'd like to split the timeframe into hours (if you'd like to find an hour or a few hours to meet) or into days (if you'd like to find a day to meet). Then click the Create Gathering button to create your unique meetup page.
You can choose to proceed with no account, just entering a name or nickname. You can also choose to sign in with Google, so that you can edit your availability from other browsers and devices, and import your Google calendar to save some time. We don't store anything from your Google account except your Google ID, first name and when you have events in your calendar (if you choose to share it).
You can enter your availability by tapping the buttons to turn them green for days/hours that you're free. You can also use the Import Google Calendar button to do this automatically if you signed in with Google. Note that we'll only enter you as available for a day if you have no events starting between 7:00am and 10:00pm that day.
Share the link with your group! You can use the QR code provided or copy the link to your page using the Copy Link button. When your group enter their availability you can set the toggle to Show Group Availability to see who's free when.
Groupi.me was made by some students who never seemed to have the time. In our quest to find time for the ones we love, we came up with this tool; now we're bringing it to you.
Create a link, enter your availability and Groupi does the rest. You can split the timeframe up by day or by hour, all for free and without having to download an app.
Please contact us at team@groupi.me if you'd like!
We don't store any data about you that we don't need - all we store is the name you enter into the name box and what days/times you are available. We leave a cookie on your browser that contains your unique userId for each meet you've entered your availability for. This is just a random set of characters which allows us to match your device up to your availability.
If you choose to import your google calendar, we only check when you have events and store that you aren't available at those times. We keep track of your Google user ID so that you can log back in, and set your first name for you in the name box, but we don't store any other data from your Google account.
